My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I do not have access to the drawings but I can tell you that the ceiling on the ground floor was 10', floor thickness, 1', upper floor ceiling 9', roof pitch 6:12 with attic at ridge about 8'. That is a total of 28' There is a 35' height limitation on that property.
