Need advice on planters

Please help me pick appropriate planters for my plants. I have 6 small arborvitaes, 2 large ones, and a magnolia plant. My yard is 14' wide. I bought the evergreens to cover the green fence. And the flower tree to add some color. Going for a modern look at the planters I like are $300+ and I need quite a few of them. I don't want to dig the yard to plant them as I would like to take the plants with me if we ever move. Help!

you can re-pot the small plants into bigger planters and let them grow to the size of the bigger plants for uniformity. let the bigger plants stunt as they await the smaller plants to grow.overall effect can be enhanced when you re-pot all plants in rectangular planters, probably 2 plants per planter

You do realize that those plants are meant to go in the ground so their roots can spread, and they can flourish, don't you? If you leave them in pots, you're going to stunt them. Plus, moving large plants is a challenge which is why so many people give their plants away when they move.

Yes that's why I'm trying to put them in large planters so they have enough room. I'm ok with them not growing too large.

JMHO, but I think plants are like animals and us humans. I think we should let them be what God meant them to be. I wouldn't want to be confined to a 2' by 5' cage.
