Definitely go with some white and beige in your granite. It will blend best with the sinks and the flooring. Since you don't have a huge area you are trying to do, consider going to the boneyard and selecting a piece of granite (or marble) that was leftover. You can get some great deals that way. Stay in the warm tones as your floor and wood is warm. Your paint color is lovely, and surprisingly neutral. It should go with anything you choose.

A light countertop with gray and a touch of brown. The below is called Kashmire White.

Replace large mirror with 2 mirrors -or- frame out existing mirror (mirrormate.com, framemymirror.com)

I would definitely change the lights..can't see chrome faucets and those lights..if you are investing in granite you should update the lights

With the dark cabs I'd go with light granite..leaning to white tones if you have chrome

Faucets - if this is your master I would do 8" spread.. Has an elegance to it..or the single ..but I like the single for guest baths and powder rooms..no 4" ever!!

Thanks everyone! I also agree a light countertop. Framing the mirror is interesting I've never thought of that. I have crown moulding at the top, assume you would frame it all around the same color as the vanity. We can't change lights and will have to stay with chrome fixtures (for budget purposes). Any chrome fixtures you would recommend? I have also been looking for rugs (something long enough for the double vanity). :)

If you aren't able to change the lights, perhaps you could change the color of the base. I have just discovered Rub n Buff (available at Michael's or other hobby shops.) It's not very expensive and they come in a variety of metallic colors. You could go with a silver color to simulate the chrome. They are really fabulous. I'm changing the color of some picture frames and they look completely different than spray paint. Even a black might look good.

Why can't you change the light fixtures? You really must try!

I agree with a lighter color counter top, in any material. Does not have to be granite. Caesarstone makes some nice simple patterns.

And do consider new sinks; under mounts would add an updated look. Perhaps in a rectangle shape.

Like the idea of a "frame" around the mirror, too. Those huge wall mirrors are a big dated. We have one and hate it!

Lowe's has a faucet brand called AquaSource, which I am told is actually made by Delta and sold under the Lowe's name. Good quality for a reasonable price.
