Ipe patio furniture

I have a new Jensen & Leisure Ipe wood furniture, purchased in May. I live in New England and am wondering the best way to protect/store for winter. I can bring smaller pieces into my basement. However, I have a sofa, club chairs and a large table with 6 captain's chairs to protect.
1. Should I treat with Jensen & Leisure product to retain brown color before winter? Or do I wait until spring?
2. Should I buy covers and leave outside through winter?
3. Should I store indoors with a moving company?
