Cape renovation

We are renovating our cape and dormering both front and back and making a colonial. In the plans there is a canalever in the back of house which will make front of our house look very flat and plain. Any ideas to give a little style to front of home? We are already spending a hefty amount so would like this to be cheap and easy. Thanks!
