I went to three different stores a few days ago and discovered that I couldn't purchase a counter-depth two door refrigerator without it being in stainless. I had just returned (because it didn't fit in my front door) a lovely black refrigerator, which matches the lovely black stove I just purchased.

I wanted to have the black because I love copper and want to integrate that into my kitchen and now I am stuck with a stainless refrigerator. I despise stainless. It's not the fingerprints or anything like that, it's the ubiquity. And that ubiquity is getting on my nerves.

Now what do I do with my brand new, perfect in every other way, stainless refrigerator?
