Reduce present 2" sched 40 to one and half inch mpt dwv. One and half inch chrome or pvc to both sinks. There is a one and half to one and a quarter nut and gasket for use where one and a half connect's to one and a quarter tail piece.

There is a tool to help you do what you want, called a pipe reamer. You would cut off that elbow, and then use the reamer to clean out the sleeve coming out of the wall so you could glue-in a new fitting. Here is a video that shows how these things work:
