Started some new strawberry plants from the runners this summer. They are in 4x4" plastic pots and seem to be doing fine.

I'm wondering if they will survive the winter outside in those small pots? If I bring them in out of the weather, do they still need some natural light during our very wet/grey weather. By the way I'm in the lower mainland of B.C where low temps usually don't get much below -10C.

Any suggestions?
