Add switch to outdoor security lights

I have an outdoor security light fixture that are apparently wired into a nearby inside wall outlet. There is no switch, other than the built in switch on the device that controls the sensitivity and timing of the motion sensor and dusk-dawn setting.

I would like to add an inside switch so I can override the settings and, for example, turn the light off at 2 am on a specific day, or have it come on all the time if I'm snow blowing the driveway after dark but not in range of the motions sensor.

Right now, I have to turn the circuit breaker off and on to achieve this.

What's the best way to make this change? Is there a way to change the inside outlet so it's a switch?
