Absolutely - as long as there is decent access around, or through the home to allow our staff to run hand excavated soil out and gravel into place for the base of the Swim Spa to sit on. Once that's done the Spa will be craned over the home or over the fence typically - as long as one can be parked in front or behind your residence or reach from another location you're be able to have one !
