Strawberry age question.....

Doing some experimentation with my strawberries this year. I started seeds in October (backwards, I know). I have a fully lit and heated greenhouse. My plan was to trick these little guys into thinking they are 2-year plants like if I planted them in early spring. Sort of get a jump on the 2016 season. Do you think they'll bear fruit? They are growing like mad and I'm debating giving them a short 3-4 week "hibernation" period....or maybe do half with, half without and record the results.

Also, are runners considered more advanced than seedlings? Like if I took all the runners and planted them in October as well, would they be far enough along to bear fruit in 2016? All varieties are ever-bearing, 5 varieties total.

And here's the runners in their little herb boxes. They are growing runners themselves (its been crazy warm so far...nothing has gone dormant):
