? regarding this wall color

Hello- just painted this color on the walls in my son's room and he hates it. For some reason, it's drying w/ a purple/lilac hue to it. We've only done 1 coat so I'm wondering if I can apply a coat of a different color on top of the Upward to tone it down a bit? He was looking for more of a slate blue room. Thanks!

If he is looking for more of a slate blue I would recommend a Sherwin Williams color called Storm Cloud. You can paint it over the current bleu and that will give you a slate blue look.
