Need help with awkward living room layout

I'm super open to ideas as I have the luxury of a clean slate here. Just moved into a new apartment that is thankfully huge, but has an awkward layout. I'm concerned only about the living area (floorplan and photos attached - sorry about the lighting). All furniture in the photos is temporary/replaceable.

Things I am struggling with - TV placement (current location or corner by the couch, what type of couch to get (sectional or just a couch and an armchair). Less concerned about dimensions as those can be figured out, more concerned about layout and dealing with the little corners and nooks (i.e. couch in the corner means ~1ft of space between the couch and the window sill).

Ignore the "Dining Room" by the kitchen - that's going to be a little dining nook. The real dining area will be the bay window looking area in the living room space. I'm thinking of putting a rectangular 6-person table in there, but am open to thoughts about a round or square table.

Floorplan was roughly built using a mobile app, so it's not 100% accurate. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
