My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Here is a smashing home theater before and after!!!!!!

Starting from scratch, I had a concept, I drew it up , we built it, black distressed finish on all the trim, gold leafed the ceiling panels, used a French Golden Damask on the Wall sound panels, Hotel quality carpet, and a state of the art 4K screen and projector, with the most amazing sound system money can buy!!!!!!!! POPCORN ANYONE!!!!!!

      Really nice but not practical in a house. I was gonna do the same but I'm glad I didn't. Just slapped a few comfy leather sofas in a half circle. Now I can lay with my boo and watch movies or whatever.
