T-Shirt Quilt Help!

I have just started to make T-Shirt Quilts for others and was wondering if my pricing system sounded about right. I use the Quilt as you go method. I have attached some examples of a portion of a quilt (for privacy reasons) and a back of a recent quilt. Any help is appreciated!

This is what I was thinking:

$12 a block- over 64 square inches $8 a block- under 64 square inches (usually pocket designs/embroidery)

+

$0.01/ square inch of quilting

+

Cost of supplies (includes fabric for sashing and binding, needle, thread, basting spray, and batting.)

Nice quilt, I know they will be pleased with it.

I usually charge for all supplies (fabric, stabilizer, batting, thread, rotary blades, needles etc) and double it. If they request something special for the quilting then I charge either by the hour or $0.01 per inch.

There is a website that the author has crafted a spreadsheet for pricing the value of a quilt. Not sure if this will work for your quilt as you go, but it might be worth checking into. Don't be put off by his style or manner, Molli has been very successful in a very short period of time....personally, I think he's a hoot!
