You already have 4 colors in your bathroom - Indigo blue for the stone, reddish-brown for the cherry wood, grey tiles and white fixtures - so I'd probably stick with white for any door casings/trimwork and grey for the walls and ceiling.

I have to go with bepsf's recommendation—white and gray are great choices that'll go well with the vanity and floor tile.

    Definitely the light grey.

Having 9' ceilings gives you an option of painting the ceiling slightly darker -- gray probably.

Go bold --- on the walls --- it will bring out the gray most definitely
