What color 'white' should I choose for plantation shutters on the below window? (And also would they fit considering the very narrow window sections on the side?)

I am leaving the french doors in the living room all bare (as suggested by most people in a previous design dilemma post) but am fitting the windows in the same room (adjacent wall) with plantation shutters. The only problem is the walls are white and the window frames are an off-white colour (as can be seen in the photos below - note the photos don't show the actual living room but are the best shots of the true color of the walls and frames in the house I could get...and the windows are the same style/dimensions)

Will pure bright white be too white with the frames? I am afraid if I choose a color closer to the frames they might not look as 'clean' next to the white walls - so I am tempted to go white...maybe not 'bright' white but JUST off white...?
