The only thing I can think of, on a minimal budget, is a pretty mirror and sconces, so that will, hopefully, draw attention away from the size. Make it really pretty and shiny.

Light fixture, hardware, mirrors and paint would all be options. Updating flooring is also a possible as you could use the waterproof vinyl planks - easy to lay and would cost you no more than $30-$40, maybe less if you can find just a single carton on sale.

I've done most of what you've suggested. My husband thought a light tan tile from floor to mid- wall and incorporate decreative insets in the pattern as a border. An update to the shower of all glass is contemplated as well. My question is will this be enough to attract buyers, even with its size?

A bigger delima for me is the closet space. Is the bedroom(13'X22") large enough to take more space for closet space? The closet sets in an awkward area just outside of the bathroom, and is an average sized closet.
