Need help with second floor layout

Hey everyone,

I'm purchasing a gorgeous row home in Beautiful Lancaster Pa. All is great with the house except the second floor layout. It's listed as a 3 bedroom however due to privacy violations it's technically only a 1 bedroom (attic.) How would you recommend I move things around to create privacy for the second floor master?
