Please help us with a kitchen plan.

I have posted a few times and there does not seem to be any great, affordable scenario. We do like the idea of having a separate space for the teens to hang out keep a dining room.

Possible alternative.
Or this one but move the ovens into the panty space. Open up that whole wall
and make a bigger island.
