I too need a sample but It is unclear how to request that privately?

I had to request them email me so that I could reply back to their email with my address. They do not make it simple. I asked for samples of their three different panels but I only receive this one shown. It was not a good sample. It does not look like the pic, probably because it was so small, and it was yellowed and peeling. Because of that, I do not think I will be ordering this product.
