We dealt with Bruce Schuster, our sales Rep about the following issue.

We had received a Slab that was a variation of their sample piece. Bruce Schuster had went to the customer's house and told the customer that we did indeed have a defective piece. Bruce claimed he had the same piece installed in the house that matched the Sample piece.

We were told by Bruce Schuster that they would end up replacing the slabs with the right color'd slab from the RIGHT lot this time. Which ...they later said they would not because their Owner will not fork out extra money for their Own wrong doing.

Long Story Short; They do not fully stand by their "Warranties" and that it means nothing to their company.
