george1498, the instructions state "remove freezer drawer." It looks a little tight to get under there and install, but I will try.

Any thoughts on the tilt bracket thing? Do you have that installed? And it doesn't roll very easily. Do you have that problem?

I didn't have to take my drawer out. The bottom freezer is shallower than the top, even though both door faces are of equal size. So when you open the bottom freezer, you should have enough clearance to shimmy the grill plate in there. Just lay the plate flat on the floor, and it should fit easily.

I didn't use the mounting brackets. Once you get it filled with food, that thing won't budge.

I do love it. It serves our purpose. However, it is shallow. We removed the large drawer as we wanted more shelf space. The ice maker seems slow, but we use ice from our undercounter icemaker and use the refridge ice for coolers, etc. It is an impressive appliance piece in our kitchen. We have had it for 5 months now with no problems. Although, an appliance repairman (working on a different appliance) wondered out loud who would be qualified to work on it, if needed. It was a good point. I will be happy to take more photos for you. Oh, we have a lot of condiments. We are not able to stand a lot of tall things up...wine, juice, etc. We have to put them in the door. If I have not taken the photos by Sunday, please send a gentle reminder.

I just got this but I can"t open the bottom drawer now. Can anyone help? Also the beeper would not stop even though the door was closes. Are there rollers?

Which model do you have? One of the buttons on the fridge is an alarm button. Press it to turn off the alarm. Which bottom drawer can’t you open? The feeezer or vegetable drawer?
