Help! Narrow recessed windows

Hi everyone,

I have three (two pictured) narrow recessed Windows along one wall in a ground floor playroom. Each window is about 1.5 ft wide and 1 ft deep. Any ideas for drapery that will provide medium privacy, allow for lots of light, and I assume be mounted within the recessed area? (Included pic of grey barn doors to give a sense of the room's style so far).
