For my kitchen remodel, I've been planning on going with the Hansgrohe Cento faucet from Costco in the Steel Optik finish. Is the benefit of the finish is that is doesn't show fingerprint and water droplets? Will it hold up? I'm worried that it's a coating that will wear over time.

The more kitchens I look at lately, the more I'm seconding guessing and wondering if I should go with chrome. The Cento comes in chrome now too and it's retail is less expensive, but they both seem to be a great value. Which one will be more durable over the long haul?

My sinks will be Kraus stainless single basin. I will have one in the kitchen and one in a wet pantry.

Also, are there similar faucets I should be looking at in this price range - high-arc, single handle, pull down sprayer? I see ones from Vigo, Kraus and Ruvati at this price point, but something tells me the Hansgrohe might be more substantial - hard to tell when I can't see them all in person.
