My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the floors can you tell me what product and color?

    The floors were existing solid wood floors already in the home and stained to match. I am not sure which type of wood, but I am guessing probably oak. The homeowner worked with the contractor directly to select a stain color so I am not sure which color they chose.

    They look like traditional Plain Sawn Red Oak floors. I love the stain color.
