Why are you purchasing for a house your leaving? Let professional staggers do the work. No it's not totally cheap, but less than buying and getting stuck with things that won't work in your new space. Plus if their good, they have the latest looks.

Sorry, those pointy, curved wing things are weird. And, here's the deal...fake distressing is fake. If there's any distressing to be done, the kids should do it, or daily life should do it, not some factory worker.

Agree that your money might be better spent on a professional stager, who can make sure your home has a cohesive style and give you valuable advice on what will help your house sell quickly. Then you don't get stuck with furniture you can't use in your new home. If you don't want to use a stager, rental furniture is also an option. I have used it to stage a rental property for sale and it sold in 11 days! Most rental companies have a minimum ( mine was three months) but the pretty furniture and a few of my own things helped us get nearly full price very quickly in a tough market. Money well spent!
