Try looking at a Snow White color grout. It's a bit warmer than Dove White or Bright White colors that show up whiter than it on a chart but it's not yet Alabaster.

Thank you!! I've tried searching out examples of what the various whites look like, but it's been difficult. From what I can tell (mostly via Houzz), is that Avalanche (Mapei) is the whitest white. Antique white is a yellowy-cream. Bright white is a blue-white. I'd love to see photos of the various grouts in actual kitchens. Who makes snow white?

Rebecca, I am about to choose this tile for my backsplash and I am so scared about getting too many “yellow” tiles or too much gold veining. I want gray and white, but carrera is too gray so I settled on this. Any chance you’d post a picture of how yours ended up?

Two years later and I still adore this tile. It doesn’t read as yellow at all — but it is warm (but not ivory). Here are a couple pics. The first picture is during grouting. The grout definitely makes the grout look whiter.
