My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The firepace is natural gas fueled and was custom made with the opening cast in concrete. The contractor worked closely with inspectors to ensure local building codes were met. You should be able to find a similar rock set at a supplier in your area. If you live near Vancouver BC, you can try Vancouver Gas Fireplaces (vancouvergasfireplaces.com) 604.732.3470 for custom applications.

    Yes, that was portion was custom, though I think you could show the image to a local supplier and get some direction on how to replicate. The biggest hurdle is ensuring you're adhering to building codes.
