Need help with garage/parking placement!

Need help with garage and parking for our new house. Currently, we only have room for two cars on the street (well, across our front yard). Our lot slopws downhill with a walkout basement in back. So about 7-8 foot drop.

We would like to add a garage, and we are trying to get ad added bonus room out of it.

Lot is narrow, only 50 feet. So the house and a single garage would basically fill the whole width. This is an image of the left side of the house.

Challenge with A - Needs a lot of fill, to get garage up to level with first floor. Would still need street parking to accommodate 23 cars.

Challenge with B - probably too steep of a grade to be feasible. And block rear views of existing house (towards a creek).

Challenge with C - Steep drive. Would need to stay slanted through carport to keep grade requirement. And probably most expensive option, since it requires two roofs being built. Also LOTS more concrete and covers part of the view of backyard from house.

What do you guys think? Lesser of all evils?
