The flooring is 5" thick integral colored concrete using an 1.5" scoring tool at 4' on center. The concrete is finished in a manner to depict a rustic tile and not a new car show room. Prior to occupancy we clean and grout the grooves made in the concrete. Wash the concrete. We then burn in colored carnauba wax to bring out the texture and imperfections in the concrete. Later we polish it one more time with wax.
