Okay I have parsley, rosemary, sage, basil started indoors and some are kinda leggy, some of my parsley is the worst. I am wondering about replanting these or filling in the pots with more dirt but don't want to kill them. I am also going to start putting the outside. So, I am wondering which ones of these would benefit from more of the steam being in dirt, or if this would kill any of them. Any other advice is welcomed as well. Thanks
