The ventilation duct located right on top of the motor carry with 6" diameter round flex duct.

Really a poor response. I understand that there is a 6” duct, however how does this vent out of the home/wall ? What type of connection does it require to vent “out” of the home?

its a 6" duct that attaches to your existing 6" vent pipe (standard size) in the ceiling. If you dont have an existing vent duct in the ceiling you would have to have it built through the ceiling and out the roof.

Indeed tcortez is correct, we provide the ducting from the range hood, you will need to have installed your own ducting through the house out of the roof.

If I vent straight up with the 6" and go through roof with a 4" range cap will that be sufficient?

Do you have to go through the roof? Can you vent it out of the kitchen wall to the outside. I have a second floor but can't go up through the middle of the room upstairs. Please advise.
