Really need a close up of one of the affected leaves to tell for sure. At least a couple of diseases that are possibilities IMO - bacterial and/or fungal - and normally I'd recommend a regular spraying program of a copper based fungicide spraying. But as advanced as it already is this early in the season, I rip them out and replace them.

I agree, start over. Also put a good layer of mulch - lawn clippings, straw, etc. around your plants to keep the dirt from splashing up on them when it rains.

Thanks everyone, I decided to rip those three out and start over. It's kind of a bummer since I started them from seed(organic) but my local lowes now has organic Bonnie tomato plants so Im just gonna pick some of those up.
