Please help with paint colour!

We are in the final stages of a major renovation. We knocked down the walls between our living room, kitchen and dining room to create an open space and installed a new kitchen. We are very happy with our choices, but are having trouble with our wall paint colour and tying the final details together. Cabinets are Cloud White, counters are Cambria Bellingham, backsplash is a bisque crackle glaze subway tile, floors are a medium brown oak. New dining table is made from reclaimed barn wood. Dark quarter sawn oak sideboard, brown leather furniture and teak coffee table are all staying. Rugs in living room and dining room could stay or go (but must be child friendly). I am planning on having white California shutters installed in the living room and dining room. My current big decision is wall paint colour. We painted the walls Revere Pewter this weekend, but I'm not sure that I like it. I thought I wanted a warm gray, but now I don't know. It seems to be reading a bit pinky. Wondering if I should use a cooler or more neutral gray or even a white? Thoughts? I need to decide before we put on the second coat of paint, or maybe it will look better after the second coat!?
