Giving a midcentury modern home a facelift!

It's amazing what you can do without having to add single square foot. We knew the Westgate Residence had good bones to it and just needed a little care. By creating openings for windows, door and skylights, the house needs very little artificial light during the day. We also replaced finishes and reconfigured the interior of the space to a more open floor plan, which makes a modest size home feel much larger.
