Can you provide some details on the plywood? Mainly the type, finish.

    3/8" maple veneer ply with a clear finish and edge banding at the 1/4" reveals.

      The veneer ply is hung on 3/8" cdx, which provides structural support. Where there are joints clear finish edge banding was applied for a nice clean maple looking finish at the gap. Rather intensive work, but very satisfying results.

      The intensive work paid off, fabulous seams and beautiful grain patterns, love the window trim and soft lighting, even fits the paper pendulum well.

      This was glued and brad nailed - small, nearly invisible nails.
