i didnt even see the shutters! i would remove them all together. the windows look good with out them. leave the garage and utility door white. paint the trim, and paint the front door. blue or black may even look good. reshape the overgrown shrubs. is there a porch up there? change out the garage lights add some planters on either side of the garage. get some color in the landscape.

Your exterior doors are likely factory white which is not very bright. I would repaint doors and trim and remove the shutters.

Agree with the other commenters. Only thing I would change is replace the lights with black fixtures. I wouldn't add shutters. I would trim the shrubs and redo the steps/walkway. Enlarge the post left of the steps and add a white handrail.
