Would you ever consider a smaller square show in one of the bathrooms? You can add fogged glass to the window in the shower for privacy and lighting, the sink then could go to the right of the shower, against the exterior wall.

Basically leaving the spaces as you show them, can you switch the toilet and sink so the door at least opens onto the pretty vanity and toilet tucked back..?

Looking at your diagram, the placement works well. When plumbing toilets, it's convenient to keep them back to back for the sewer lines. They have done the same for the showers and vanities. The part that will now enhance them, is the materials chosen to go in each room.

Hope you're not putting a wood sill in that shower area. Looking for problems down the road I'd think.
