Our shaker style cabinets are ready to be painted in resene truffle. We have adopted a transitional style throughout our home.

The splashback will be Michelangelo maximum Porcelain with caesarstone pure white bench tops.

Natural lighting in the u shaped kitchen is good/moderate so I definitely want a gloss finish. However I can't decide between a high gloss or semi gloss finish.

What is your experience with high gloss or semi gloss shaker cabinets? Does one look or work better than than the other on a shaker style cabinet?
