Anyone know what this is?

Please if anyone has an idea let me know, its getting worse on the plant.

Could be some species of rust. If you google "mint rust", much information pops up. Trim off all the affected growth. Make sure the plant is placed in a sunny spot with lots of air circulation. Change your watering routine so that the soil dries out some in between watering. Make sure that your container has adequate drainage holes in the bottom (you could put the pot up on "feet" or something to make sure water can leave through the bottom) and that your potting medium is well-draining.

Sometimes plants recover, sometimes they don't. If you can't save the plant, pull out the whole plant, roots to shoots, and do not compost it. When you reuse the pot and soil, do not put another plant from the mint family into it. Alternatively, you could try to kill the spores by baking the soil and cleaning the pot in a bleach/water solution.

Or it could be fertiliser burn, maybe? Not sure, but I think I burned my plants with too much richness too early in the chilly part of the season, and the edges of leaves got crispy like that.
