My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's nearly impossible to be accurate just looking at a picture, I would try to get in contact with the installer so you can be sure. :)

    How does the Rubio Monocoat hold up to wear? What about large dogs and kids?

    @tydirkse, Rubio Monocoat Oil PLus 2C is a plant-based hardwax oil finish. It will require some maintenance, and when maintained properly, can last a lifetime.
