My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Our specification was Dulux Dieskau (PG2C1) although the actual grey looks about 50% strength. We may have changed this with the painter on site but I don't have any notes on this. I would suggest 50% strength Dulux Dieskau (PG2C1) for a first coat and if you need to make it darker you can choose the undiluted version on the final two coats
