My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Val, that is American Black Walnut. We sent a similar floor to another Houzz user in NC. Most of the color you see there is natural in the species. Let me know if you have any Walnut questions. joel@oakandbroad.com

    It is Walnut with a custom stain that was done by the flooring company and chosen by the client. I suggest your hardwood supplier make samples for you so you can choose. Photos can change colors. Good Luck with your project.
