Because of the double (wider) double hung windows on the left, my recommendation would be to install three (3) double hung windows to replace the narrower double hung windows with the picture window.

I agree with Michael about replacing the picture window with double hung windows. I would remove the shutters too. They are much too small to actually cover the windows, which is what a shutter is supposed to do. After you get the windows changed and landscaping done I would also paint the front door a bright color.

Don't get a bow window then you have to address how to close up the space at the top of the window.
