How do I save them?

I live in an area that is overcast for about half the time. I also live about 2 miles near the ocean, so there is always a marine layer in the morning and it is very moist. I bought these guys about 2 weeks ago, and I set them up in my backyard so they can receive sunlight in the afternoon. I water them whenever the soil is dry, so maybe about 2 times a week. The bottom of the container does have an opening, so it can drain. I potted them with soil made for succulents.

    You're watering too often. One time a week sounds sufficient most of the time (unless it's really hot/sunny).
