What is the clearance of the back and side support bars?

Curios if anyone knows the clearance from the ground to the support bars on the back and side? If anyone knows, I would really appreciate it.

    30''H X 54''W X 18.5''D A vanity table with églomisé mirror panels. It has an antique silver finish and three drawers. The right-hand drawer has an electrical outlet for convenience.
