Move the hot tub instead of the power.

Don't want to loose the extra space.

A waterproof junction box and conduit run, or cut a path in the concrete and replace the wire..

Existing wires are long enough but need a way to get them to new tub w/o cutting a track in the cement.

Moving which way? Nothing says you can't continue the run over the surface in an appropriate conduit, but it's going to be ugly.
