Google "log cabin quilts" and click on images

I have a book a friend gave me that has many options. Google Log cabin quilt layouts and lots of sites that lots of sites and/or photos will show up.

Thank you both. I actually spent a fair amount of time searching on google, but the problem is it's rare to fine anything with just 12 blocks. Twelve blocks really limits the possibilities of forming a pattern. I'm hoping someone on the forum will have some ideas.

I see what you mean by not being able to find something with only 12 blocks. I saw a really nice one with 16 blocks when I searched online, is there any way you can make 4 more? Have you just tried playing around with them yourself on a design wall or on your cutting table?
