    It's a flat roof, so no gutters - just area drains. Metal fascia.

    Can I ask what you mean by area drains? Did you mean an internal drainage system?

    We designed the roof to slope to the exterior wall line, where roof drains are installed. Then located downspouts directly beneath the roof drains (area drains) - the photo above shows two of those downspouts.
